Anyone good at chemistry?

Ethanol, CH3CH2-OH, is not ionic, so it does not dissociate in solution to release H+ or OH- ions so the water solution will remain neutral. It will Neither be acidic Nor alkaline. Therefore, if the ethanol does not dissociate, it must be covalently bonded and remain intact.
