Where to keep my atiel?

I know it's not even close to summer, but i'm just wondering. I live upstairs in an apartment of a house and it gets pretty hot. I usually keep only my bedroom air conditioned. I keep ollie ( my atiel ) in the living room. My question is... in the summer, should I bring him into my room, where it's going to be cool, or just keep him in the living room, where it's hot?
