What qualifies as a good score on the PSAT?

I am a sopre and I am in all AP cles. I do very well in school however, i scored a 166 on the PSAT (that would be 1660 on the SAT). I scored 56 on critical reading, 60 on mathematics, and 50 in writing skills. This is in the 77th percentile. Is this a good score? or is it average? would I be able to get into a good college with this score if it was the real SAT? If I want to be either a psycologist or an allergist, would I be able to? Please be honest and do not sugar coat your answers. thank you
