Best Mexican or Tex-Mex in San Antonio?

Unfortunately the food on the Riverwalk isn't the best that San Antonio has to offer. But, if pressed, I'd go with Rio Rio Cantina. If you want, you might venture over to the Tower Of The Americas and eat at the Chart House at the top. Again, not the best but it is a great view.
