I was charged for a product i ordered online and never received. the company has ignored all attempts to cont?

I contacted the company several times by both email and left msg on their customer service line with no response in over 1 1/2 months! They charged my card for what is a lot of money, for me, and then never sent me a thing in all this time!!! It was for a natural treatment for RLS (restless leg syndrome) and the company was called RLS RELIEF and i have seen their ads on tv as well so i know they are a real company. But in all this time i have received no product or response and the charge went through weeks ago. Does anyone know anything about this company? Does anyone know what my options are? what would you do about this?
