Why do some restaurants insist on putting cheese on EVERYTHING (and waiters [pardon me, SERVERS] look at you like you said "my mother is a cross-dresser from Mars" if you ask NOT to have cheese)? I LIKE cheese, but putting it on things like "French Dip Sandwiches" just seems weird (and kind of sick). Oh, and before anyone says something incredibly brilliant like "because it tastes good", well, yes it does, but so does chocolate sauce, and I don't put that on EVERY dessert I eat...
