Can somebody help me find a similar outfit(picture)?

It has a belt with it, but if you wanted to sprint for a contrast belt, I think a gold belt would be adorable with it. Make sure it's super skinny and it will be a staple in your Emma Watson wardrobe. Trust me. Most of my clothes are inspired by hers, and belts are good for accessorizing. I would add a pair of oversized boxy sungles (as long as they look right on you) and a pair of gold flats and maybe a black patent leather oversized tote, and you're set =D. For your hair, it would look ADORABLE with her new pixie cut, but also with a longer look. Maybe for jewlery some gold bangles. If you're interested, Emma also has a clothing line with People Tree.
