Hosting baptism party and nervous about being a good host!!?

Now that I am getting older and have been hosting family parties I get so nervous about ppl having a good time and I worry about party etiquette. I worked in white glove service as a banquet server and waitressed at an upscale piano bar in college so I have good manners and I am an awesome planner (for the baptism I got beautiful photo invites, have planned a fabulous menu complete with Italian open bible cake and a carved watermelon fruitbasket salad and a memento table with scrapbook for signatures and pictures) but I get so shaky and turn into a ball of nerves when everyone arrives. I am getting queasy just thinking about everything already..Any tips?
