Please help: I think im going to lose my job?

okay, this might seem a lil. ridiculous but ive been having some trouble with my job lately cutting my hours and giveing them to other people who have been with the company for less time.. alot less and who also hardy give effort at work, well ive asked the head manager for hours in another department and it hasnt happened yet. I decided to vent a lil on facebook and as my status i said that i was finding a new job that knew about fairness and ethics. Well, my bosses daughter who is one of my friends wrote some smart *** remark on my page and told her mom what I said, trouble is ...I wasnt even talking about her mom.... I was speaking of the HEAD manager that cut my hours and hasnt lifted a finger to help me. What do I say to this girl so that her mom (my other boss) will start treating me right again??
