Does eating just a little more make the body good? Rachel Ray photo?

In my opinion people should follow the BMI equation. A 18-25 is healthy but I'd say 22-23 is ideal because it's right in between "stick skinny" and "slightly chubby". Meaning a 5'5 girl should be about 130-135 pounds. But if someone's happy with their weight then that's great.
