Was this a final ultimatum?

We spent the night arguing intensely.He gets more and more angry.Then he starts getting personal in front of people and insults in detail my appearance.I tell him that i love him.He says to come to him at nine on Monday morning and tell him that.He said it twice.I didnt.Now he ignores me,shuns me,talks to other women and ignores me while doing it,flirts with young women in front of me..you name it.He sings and whistles when he pes me.When he sees I am upset he is happy.I sat in the car one day upset and when I got out he nearly ran away from me and was all jumpy and started talking to anyone that was there.On a night out he would not look at me as he ped but was obv upset & when I said hello,he kept going and could barely say my name.He never showed up or explained why,to our last farewell drink for months,though a friend told me that he had said he was going to tell me why he wasnt coming.We met twice and he said nothing,just never showed.What is all this telling you?
