If the NFL season ended today, why would the Jets get a higher seeding than either the Broncos or Ravens?

If all three teams win week 17, they will all be 9-7 with a 7-5 conference record. And I realize Baltimore beat Denver in the regular season, so they would go before Denver does. But why are the Jets ranked higher than the Ravens and Broncos? Do they have at least 4 common games with these teams? And if not, how does "strength of victory" work? Difference between points scored and points allowed? If someone could tell me what tiebreakers the Jets have over the Ravens and Broncos, it would be greatly appreciated.
