My pimple doesn't go away!!?

hey, i am 20. I am prone to acne. I have an oily skin. Pimples come and go with time but i have this big pimple below my nose since past 30 days which doesnt go. It pops up a lil on its own, dries but come bak agn the next day. I have bn scrubbin and also applied lemon quite a lot of times. It pops up a lil, dries n next day the white puss fild pimple is bak agn. It has been so many days. I am thinkin of poppin it completely myself usin a needle.. Shal i do that? Or u can suggest sumthin else. I dont want to see a doc..
