All the time I hear about congress wanting to limit how much energy people use to prevent blackouts, and to prevent stress on the power grid. But no matter how much energy we conserve people will still have babies and the population will still increase. So why isn't anyone talking about making more power pants? my computer is a 3.0e socket 478 cpu, 2 gb ddr 400, and an HIS HD 4670 IceQ Native HDMI 1GB (128bit) DDR3 AGP video card. most of the 720p movies i watch work perfectly using VLC media player. some studder. the videos are usually in mkv format. i know my cpu is a bottle neck and my system is old but theres only a very few videos that studder. why? im running them off a seagate 2tb 5900 rpm sata hard drive with 32 mb cache. anything i can do to possibly downgrade the video a little bit? ive tried going to the task manager and setting vlc as high priority and it still studders.

This movie was, as far as I remember. All filmed inside a house, a few shots taken outside. Maybe filmed between 1984-1996? I am a fan of "Outer Limits" "Twilight Zone" etc. So keep this in mind. Not sure if this was a movie? or a T.V. Episode? The Story was about a Teacher, who was moving out, because he was afraid his friends would notice he was not growing older. Maybe a College Prof.? I contacted the company several times by both email and left msg on their customer service line with no response in over 1 1/2 months! They charged my card for what is a lot of money, for me, and then never sent me a thing in all this time!!! 8-month-old and standing in his crib...how can I get him to sleep?

I'm going through a very similar situation at the moment with my 10 month old. All I can suggest is that you keep doing what your doing (great work by the way!). It's just like training them to go to sleep on their own. There's not a whole lot else you can do unless you tied there legs up!! (jokes :P). Good luck. Just keep going (not too often) and just lie him back down, etc. He will tire of it eventually.

I think it's great that you want to be a PJ. I wish I had known about Pararescue when I was your age. To be honest, I'm not sure about your eyesight. Is it correctable? You'd have to talk to a recruiter about that or check out www.specialtactics.com. Just make sure you use the search function before you ask the question. Listen man, if you want to be a J then I suggest that you put 100% of your energy into it. There can be no "plan B." If you show up at indoc with a plan B then you're only setting yourself up for failure. Its Pararescue or nothing. Your mindset needs to be, "I'm going graduate or leave this place on a stretcher." You literally have years to prepare yourself, so do it. There's plenty of information out there regarding indoc standards, etc. Show up prepared and you'll be fine. Don't be one of those s that spends his time asking ridiculous questions online about diet and recommended workouts. Work hard, don't be a , and never quit anything. If you get hurt, they may recycle you if you were meeting the standards. Best of luck to you young man.

Yugioh deck r/f and would any one like to duel?

I think teching a second Bribe is a good call. Possibly for one of the trap Stuns in the side deck. Your deck looks excellent, though I wonder why no mistral? I know he's not great, 1800 def isn't too bad though. Plus he's a nice tuner, level two make armed wing quicker, and if you've already used your gale since Blizzard can't be Special summoned. I'd take out Fane for Mistral. Spells are fine really, I think 3 Eruptions is fine if you have enough speed. If you don't think you do or you're dead drawing it I would put in another Book of Moon, or E-con. Excellent disruptiion cards with no cost, unless you're taking their monster with e-con but thats controllable. Traps look excellent I wouldn't change a thing. In the side deck I'm not opposed to anything, but I see you have certain cards set for certain decks, that is excellent that's how a side deck should be. What I want to know is do you know what you would side out, and have you tested it that way. Many players run into problems because they will make a side deck able to compete against certain decks, but reduce the synergy of their deck after siding in. Then the changes don't help them. Your side deck seems pretty solid though so if you know what your siding out each time, then props. Only thing I would change is the Mirror of Oaths for Skill Drains. As you said synchro cat is dying, and skill drain will stop glads just as much. Also you can go on a fast ault not using your blackwings abilities, I'd look into DrainWings just so you know what I'm talking about as it's a deck on its own, but you can side into it pretty fluently game two to confuse and halt your opponents progress. If you really want to keep a mirror then I'd take out one of the mirrors and the gozen match for the drains. Those are the only changes I can find though great deck, 9.8/10. You have a lot of mismatched tenses, so think carefully about the present or the past. You also forgot to put in some periods and commas, "ill" should be "fill." "A young heart" - the A should be lowercase. You use a lot of metaphors, which are great, but it would be even better if you would elaborate a little more. Give specifics. What regrets? Why bitterness? What imperfections? Once you flesh this out a bit more, it will be really beautiful.

I know i must sound like an idiot but it's my first baby. The thing is so many sites are saying so many different things and then i just read that i should go based on the smell of the milk. I have milk in the freezer. As far as thawing it i know you should run it under water or warm up water in a cup and dip the bottle/bag inside it. What if i were to just let the milk thaw out in room temp ? let's say it was a six oz container full of milk, could i take 2 oz from it and let the rest still be kinda frozen and continue to get more 2 oz portions as it thaws out ? in general i want advice on how i should thaw out and use the milk. *i do not plan to thaw it out in fridge because it takes a while and lm wondering as far as me using it let's say on a one day basis where i m out running errands or something and cannot pump or feed .

So I went to the doctor yesterday for the first time in over a year, when I got on the scale I nearly died. I gained 15 pounds. warranted I do have my period but that utterly ridiculous. Confusion about oyster card travel extension permits?

I have no travelcard loaded on my oystercard, now from what I have gathered I will need no extension permit to travel with allowed national rail routes. Am I correct there? since the 12th of august iv been having problems. i had my period which lasted 12 hrs, then i had brown sticky lumps every day till my nxt period. they were only small and only when i peed. my next period lasted 6 hrs and i have had no bleeding since. I need help. I am a college student trying to eventually become a teacher. I have worked in the school?

district for the past two years. Due to budget cuts I was recently let go from my job. I cannot find another job with another school district, because no one is hiring. One of the teachers even told me to become a waitress. I don't want to become a waitress, I enjoy working with students, hence why I am going to become a teacher. Everywhere I am looking for jobs asks for ECE credits, which I have never needed to take cles for since I am not going to become an aide for private schools. My problem is this, should I just suck it up and deter from my plan and get the ece credits and then continue on with my education thus pushing it back farther? I really don't even know what to do. I understand that a lot of teachers are find themselves also without a job, but as a student working my way through school on my own I need a job. I really don't want to work at Walmart or Target, I already have two AA's and I'm waiting to hear back from the universities. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Well Angela, it's time you start doing some exercise! And of course, don't eat anything while you watch anime, that way you won't notice when you're full so you might overeat and regret it later. Eat healthy food, you're still young for any kind of diet, but by eating veggies, fresh fruit and lean meat you should be able to look just the same as your favourite anime characters :) and be sure to avoid any kind of white sugar, white flour and fat.

My daughter is still congested, but her fever has finally broken after 72 hrs. our symptoms were, nasal congestion, sore throats(due to nasal drainage) headache, body ache, watery eyes, sneezing, fever 102.....she seems to be feeling better, just lasting congestion....

You know.. When everyone was pointing out prior to the game that there weren't going to be any cheerleaders, I thought big deal, how's that going to impact the game? It wouldn't determine how the Pack would play. However; after watching the game it did seem like a little something-something was missing not having a little glitz and glamour of the cheerleaders. 4 month old male Chihuahua puppy with "freckles"?

Hi guys!! I want to start off by saying I love this site and you guys are great! A few months ago, I got the oppertunity to foster a pregnant chi and then her pups once they were born. She had 3 pups and all were healthy (at first). 2 have since gone to great forever homes and 1 earned a permanant spot in my home (and heart) This little boy has had a rough start. When he was 1 month old, he ended up with puppy strangles. He has recoverd from this and has gotten a clean bill of health from our vet. My question is, he was born pure white. At about 1 1/2 months, he started showing light brown spots. Now he has what I think of as freckles all over his body. And they seem to be multiplying! Switching acne products?

I've suffered from acne too for a few years until recently. Tried to use tons of medication for it etc.. stuff only wasted my money, new ones will always appear so it really isn't worth it. Trust me, nothing works better against acne than enough sleep, sunlight and WATER. Seriously, you have to drink a looooot for your body to keep everything nice and clean.

Is it possible for my 1 week old to forget how to latch on?

I thought that me and my week old son had the latching on process down pack but yesterday we started running into some problems. For the past week he was latching on great and didnt have any problems when all of a sudden yesterday it is taking us 15-20 just to get him to latch on. Its like he forgot how to latch on. When he was 3 days we gave him a pacifier and i was wondering if mabey this could be the cause of the problem? Could he be getting this confused with the nipple? or this just normal?
